We dipped our rear wheel into the Pacific Ocean at Manhattan Beach, then began cycling 80 miles along the ocean through orange groves. Finally, we ended with 5 miles of strenuous climbing to reach Moreno Valley.

Almost Go Time!
Biked 20 miles this morning to warm up our legs and make sure the bike settings were correct. Biked from El Segundo to Dolphin Beach. Big day tomorrow as the tour begins🚲🚲🚲
