Today’s ride took us from Erie, PA to Buffalo, NY, covering 92 miles in perfect weather. With temperatures in the high 60s to low 70s, clear skies, and a beautiful breeze, it was an ideal day for cycling. Our journey began with a stop at a park where we enjoyed delicious strawberry shortcake, a sweet start to the day.
Our second SAG stop was in Dunkirk, where we visited a tribute to Veterans of Foreign Wars. Here, we indulged in ice cream sundaes, a refreshing treat that fueled us for the rest of the ride. Cycling along Lake Erie provided stunning views, and the sight of Buffalo in the distance as we rode along the lake was truly picturesque.
